Terms of Service
KingsRoute is a geospatial church-discovery platform operated by Loveworld Incorporated (Christ Embassy) ("KingsRoute", "we", "us") for Loveworld Nation (Christ Embassy). These Terms govern your use of the KingsRoute mobile applications, the website at kingsroute.org, and any branch information served through them (together, the "Service").
By downloading, opening or continuing to use the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Service and delete the app. Where we make material changes we will tell you in advance, and your continued use after the stated effective date is your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Who may use KingsRoute
KingsRoute is free. You can use it to find a branch, search the directory or get directions. An account is required only for features that store something on your behalf.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Elsewhere you must be at least 13, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, including any biometric unlock you enable on your own device.
One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
2. What an account adds
Signing in unlocks: saved favorites, a designated home church, Brethren Carpool, opt-in event alerts, the ability to claim and manage a branch, and access to exact coordinates for locations that are otherwise shown only approximately.
3. Branch listings and accuracy
Listings are contributed by church administrators and suggested by members. We review claims before granting management rights, but we do not independently verify every detail of every listing.
3.1 Verification status
Each listing carries a status. A verified listing has been confirmed by a claimed administrator. An unverified listing has not, and its service times or contact details may be out of date. Status is always shown as a labelled badge, never by color alone.

3.2 Corrections
If a listing is wrong, write to [email protected]. We will route it to the claimed administrator, or correct it ourselves where no claim exists.
4. Claiming and managing a branch
Pastors and church administrators may submit a claim for a branch. Claims are reviewed by our team before approval. By claiming a branch you confirm that you are authorized by that branch to manage its listing, and you agree to keep its details, schedule and photographs accurate and lawful.
We may decline, suspend or revoke a claim where we reasonably believe it is unauthorized, inaccurate or being misused. Cell listings remain subject to the privacy protections described in the Privacy Policy regardless of who manages them.
5. Navigation and safety
Routing is provided for convenience and depends on third-party map data. Always obey traffic laws and your own judgement. Do not interact with the app while driving. Distances, arrival times and routes are estimates and may be wrong, out of date, or unavailable offline.
6. Brethren Carpool
Brethren Carpool lets members offer and request seats to a service. It is a coordination tool only.
KingsRoute is not a transport provider, does not employ or vet drivers, and is not a party to any arrangement between a driver and a rider.
We do not verify licenses, insurance, roadworthiness or driving history.
Drivers must hold a valid license and insurance appropriate to carrying passengers in their jurisdiction.
Carpooling on KingsRoute must be cost-sharing at most. Operating a commercial taxi service through the feature is not permitted.
Accepting a ride shares limited contact details between driver and rider so the pickup can be arranged. Use your own judgement before traveling with anyone.
Either party may cancel, and any route may be reported to us for review.
7. Acceptable use
KingsRoute exists to help members reach a service. The following are not permitted:
Scraping, bulk-extracting, mirroring or republishing branch data, including approximate coordinates.
Automated collection of listings at any scale.
Re-hosting our map or listing data in another product.
Attempting to defeat coordinate fuzzing, or to derive exact locations for Cell fellowships you are not entitled to see.
Using the Service to harass, stalk, endanger or discriminate against any person or congregation.
Uploading unlawful, misleading or infringing content, including photographs you do not have the right to publish.
Probing, load-testing or interfering with our infrastructure, or circumventing rate limits and authentication.
Impersonating a branch, a pastor, an administrator or KingsRoute itself.
Using the Service for commercial solicitation, political campaigning or unsolicited messaging.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. By submitting a listing detail, photograph, schedule or carpool note you grant KingsRoute a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you have the rights to grant this, and that any photograph you upload does not expose a private residence or an identifiable person without their agreement.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms, and we retain copies as described in the Privacy Policy while an account is in its restoration window or where the law requires.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, notably Mapbox for map tiles, routing and geocoding. Your use of maps is also subject to Mapbox's own terms. We list every processor we rely on, and what each receives, in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, and app store terms apply separately to any download.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep KingsRoute available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, and may impose reasonable rate limits to protect the platform. The Service is provided free of charge; it is not a paid product and carries no service-level commitment.
11. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion opens a 30-day restoration window, after which the account is removed permanently as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, where we are required to by law, or where continued access would risk the safety of members or congregations. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of listings, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KingsRoute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from: inaccurate listings or routing; any carpool arrangement between members; your travel to or from any location; or unavailability of the Service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify KingsRoute against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your unlawful use of the Service — except to the extent the claim results from our own act or omission.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country where you live, and may bring proceedings there.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. Every published version carries a version number and a publication date, both shown at the top of this page. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email to registered members before the change takes effect.
Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of a revision means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.
